Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
official survey has taken place of my and my relative agriculture lands to exchanged the land between us.if they will not come for exchanged deed for registration what shall we do? they have already signed the compromise petition and civil judges ordered us for exchanged registration and shall i remain the case in the court for 40 days for my name enroll online if registration happen?

You have to get registered in exchange deed at sub registrar office,as an execution of decree of court.
