Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have purchased a residential property in Rajkot (Gujarat) by arranging funds from my own sources and bank loan. Since we were in joint family, therefore, I purchased the same in my name JOINTLY with my brother. My brother have no objection to sign the documents in my favour. Kindly guide whether it will be in fitness of things to executed Relinquish Deed or Gift Deed or any other mode you suggest. Kindly guide and oblige

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you are organizing the entire funds on your own, it is advisable that you take the property on your name alone, to avoid any complications of joint holding in future.
