Q: Sir, i am residing in east delhi with my wife & child but i want to know i have two brothers and two sister and my father is no more and my mother is retired from delhi gov. my both sister and one brother are married my big brother residing with wife, child and my mother in owned house other location of east delhi he was purchase the house since so many (i.e. 10) years and registry of house is three names 1) Mother, 2) Brother & 3) My Self but i want to know my brother paid total money of house and now he is sale the house and he is deny to given the share of property sale money you have any suggestion for my share. And also suggest i am liable or not for property share.
