Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Respected,

I am from India and would like to know the procedure of disowning my father's property.Now my father's property is not a inherited one,for past few months we are continually quarreling on this issue of status and other shitty things in which I am least interested. Please provide me a legal format that can keep me and my wife or anyone related from wives side away from the property of his. Thanks in advance
