Question:
I am staying in mumbai (1rk belong to Mhada) since my birth (30 years) but due to family dispute, i do not have the house papers wth me and I am paying the maintaince bill since 14 years and having the bill with me and earlier it was paid by my father, now the building is under redevelopement, will i be able to claim the house or will i be thrown out of the house, please help
answer:you can file a police report and claim that the papers have been misplaced. give an application to the concerned authority with the police complaint and your adress proof including your bills etc.
Can you please let me know , if can i get a NOC from the other member (aunty named as nominee in the same flat)whereas aunty is married and staying at another place and forgot to mention in my earlier communication that my aunty tell that she is having the house papers and will not give to us due to family dispute.

file a suit for declaration in the court getting yourself declared as the legtimate owner of the house. that may also solve the problem.
