Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir My Grand Father inherited 4.5 acres of land. He has two sons my father and my uncle. Before his death he with the collabaration of my uncle (my uncle also signed the land doccument) sold 3 acres of his 4.5 acred property . later My Grand father died.Now what I want to know is will the remaining 1.5 acre will be distributed equally as 75cents each or the previous sold share of my uncle will be considered .Thanks in advance

If there is no Will, each gets equally.
