Mera question h ki mere dad 5 bhai or 3 behn he or mere dada ki death papa ke bachpan me ho gai thi or dadi ki death 2004 me hui thi hmari ek village me property he to bua chahti he ki usme 8 hisse lge jbki hm bua ko dusri jagah property de chuke he or notery me likha h ke wo tino uske alawa apna haq tyagti he or ab wo haq mang rhe he to kya hme unhe dena hi pdega..... Sir plz give me answere

Waise to notary ka koi importance nahi hai but agar ye sabit kiya jae ki unko unka hissa unke share ke rup me diya gaya hai to aap bach sakte ho.
