Sir can we purchase agri Land in Gujarat having navi sharat ? If yes what is the risk factor or the best safest mode of dealing?

Sir

First of all Navi Sharat Land cannot be sold or purchased by any person. To purchase new tenure land one has to converted the tenure of land from new to old tenure. Also, permission from the collector is required to be obtained.

As per the recent notification of the government, if certain conditions are fulfilled then new tenure land can be automatically converted to old tenure land.

You need to procure village form 7/12 and all corrosponding village form no 6 entries, to ascertain the title and marketability of the land.
