Sir,

One acre land was devided into 4 pieces and marked road in between the sold to different people and registered in their road.

Question 1. The road now belongs whom and to get govt fecilities like tar road, sanitary in that road what we have to do. whether the owner of the one acre land can claim hold on that road.

One of the plot owner bought another one property at the dead end adjacent to his property.

Question 2. To have access to his new property is it necessary to take permission from the other property owners in the once acre land.

1) Has the land lay out been approved? If not get it done.

2) Then the road is handed over to the Municipality becomes public for development.

3) Depends on the owners rights as per approved lay out.
