Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in United States

I am being harassed by someone at my job he has sent out my pics to people in my class and friends and family he has threatened me via text messages and tried to blackmail me with the photos I have voicemail texts and written statements from people who he sent them to I have filed a report and going to get a ppo on him. My job is letting me go because I am temp and he is hired in I was told that I should go somewhere else by the manager is there anything else I can do? Are they allowed to do that after I reported to them and he continues to do it ?

You can lodge complaint before the ombudsman for harassment ..

And you can also file compain in cyber crime FIA.

Yes you can report to his deparent for action.

Your posting states that you were being harassed but it did not state what kind of harassment. In other words, you must state something like, "I am being harassed because ___________." Your zip code indicate that you are in Michigan, therefore, you can file a complaint of with either the EEOC or the Michigan Department of Civil Rights Commission if you are being harassed because of a protected category such as, age, race, sex, gender, disability, etc. Best wishes.
