I get marriage at the age of 17 bez at that time my father expired ..he cheated us abt his background

After that he suspected me and torcherd abt my crush now I'm n age of 25 we separated from last 6 years and I applied divorce and 498 and MC on him he s simply escaping everything from last 3 yr I'm going to court but nothing happening he s not paying anything he asking me money to give divorce what kind if proceedings I HV to do plzzzz tel I cont stay with him but he wantedly playing with me
