Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Sir, I know a married girl who has 2 children and she met a boy years ago but when she realised that the boy is mentally sick as he started thinking that the women loved he, she tried to leave him. But the boy took her pictures with him and he blackmailed her that if she won't meet her then he will send the pictures to he family and her husband. Due to the fear of losing her family she went on a trip with that boy and the boy again took her more pictures with him and made her videos while dancing. Girl claims that she was given some soft drink after which her mood started to change and she felt happy and started dancing with other females and the boy also appears in the video later and he can be seen dancing with her. I have noticed that the boy is criminal minded and could go to any extent in order to get that girl. He calls her more than 200 times in a day and keeps texting her all day and night. That women is afraid that if she files a complaint then her husband will come to know and her family life will be in danger. Please advise what she must do.
