Legal Question in Tax Law in Spain

Hello everybody!

We recently founded a website (headquarters in Austria) that allows everybody to create a tour and show tourists around their city. The platform itself acts as an intermediary between the tourist and the tour-guide. We are about to start in Spain and as we are not familiar with its tax law, we need some legal advice from you. These are our questions we hope to get answered:

- Do people who register on our website and lead their own tours in Spain need to become an IVA number?

- What kind of taxes do apply for our registered users after conducting a tour?

- Is there an income limit that allows our users to earn the money through conducting tours tax-free until a specific amount of earnings is reached?

- The earnings reachable with guiding people around can be seen as an extra-income. Is there a difference in taxation if someone is working full-time next to guiding people around than if someone is a student or simply not working?

Thank you guys very much!

Best regards,

Michael
