Legal Question in Tax Law in India

There are websites like Swagbucks that give out Amazon and Flipkart gift cards and discount coupons if you use their search engine or watch ads.You can expect maximum ~3000 rupees a month in gift card and discounts for this(but only if you use their sites regularly. You may get worth rupees 0 one month and earn 3000 rupees another). They reward you w/ "points" which can be redeemed for these gift cards. The websites are really legitimate but would someone incur any sort of income tax for this. The annual income comes within the nontaxable limit.Would a minor(16 years old,to be specific) have to pay some sort of income tax for this? What about a minor's nontaxable earnings limit? Thanks in advance.
