Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

2 months back my maternal uncle asked me to sign a relinquishment dead so that he could comfirtably sell the house and of my maternal grandparent and after selling we can distribute the share. I signed and he has done all the mutation etc with his name. Now he is refusing to sell or give my share. Can I request for cancel the deed as it has been only 2 months now?

My mom and maternal uncle were only 2 child of my maternal grandparents.

My mom died in 1990 and I am the only son.

both maternal grandparents have been died in 2014

Can my Dad also claim this house?

Can my brother from step mother also claim for a share of this house?

Dear client u will claim the property. Yr dad and step brother have no right. Immediately file civil case for cancellation of relinquish deed and also take injunction order from court so yr uncle will not sell property to anyone. Fot any legal help call me
