Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hi, we are two brothers and a sister .Me, my brother and my dad earned money and given to our mom she is living in india.She bought a house in her name with our hard earned money.Now because of family issue she threatened to sell the house or she will transfer the house to my sister.

We are muslim by religion.Is it possible for her to do that.

Please clarify me it will be grateful

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes. as the title Owner your mother is legally entitled to transfer the house in the name of your sister.
