Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Dear Sir,

My father purchased a self-acquire property in name of his wife but all contribution was done by my father, nothing contribution my mother end. My mother made WILL in favour of his husband, now she died. At last my father made a Register WILL in favour of me (now father died). My case is under court, my mothers WILL has been cross examined by one of the witness. Following are questions still awaited for your opinion

What are issues still pending to execute Will of my mother?

What is use of Benaami Sampati per pati ka adhikar hota hai?

How can I take advantage of my fathers Will?

Can I eligible to get share of my father share on the basis of his Will?

Since my mothers Will has been cross examined by one witness, now second witness is needed?

Supposed both witnesses have been cross examined, what is the next step from defendant?

Signature / Handwriting expert is required to verify signature of my mothers Will?

Your support & advice help me to better understand .

Thanks in Advance

Even if mother's Will has any problem, the property any how would have gone to the father and you. The question is on what ground your mother's Will has been challenged. Have to see the case paper to guide you properly.
