when probate convert in regular suit than what is difference in both.please give answer in detail with act.

There is no difference since the Probate will be decided by the Court.

If the will is not challenged then it remains a probate case, if the will is challenged on the ground of subsequent will then the same becomes a suit. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
