how much time probate of registered will takes in delhi civil court if registered will is -
(1)contested
(2)non-contested
Also how much court fees, probate charges would be there??

If it is contested, it may take some time. There is no time limit fixed. It depends on how complicated the issue becomes, how many defendants are there and how much frequently they attend the court. But if it is not contested, you may get the order in 6 months. Charges depending upon value of property or assets and lawyer's charge.
