Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My UNMARRIED son 30 years old has done B.A. this year and doing a pvt. job @ 18000 pm. We have also one daughter who is married. We are worried as our son is not so kind and trustful/responsible to us. Myself is Retired government Bank officer. We have some deposits in Bank and two house. WHAT REMEDY WE HAVE FOR FUTURE THAT OUR SON SHOULD NOT THREAT US TO ASK THAT PROPERTY? Also please advise us how we should give one house to our daughter?
