Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama

I currently operate a business and I'm currently operating as an LLC,My question is : I am wanting to change my business entity status to a C-corp,what forms are needed for me to set-up a C-corp? and where can I get the neccessary forms?

Why do you think its necessarry to change your entity? There could be significant ramifications (tax) both at time of transition and further down the road if this is handled improperly. A cheap form pack could end up costing you a fortune.
