Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Alabama

Attorney conduct

I was rear ended so hard it bent the steel frame of my pick up. Went through 4.5 months of rehab and lost over 100 hours or work. This State Farm Attorney lied to the jury and got $0. I am now in debt and making monthly payments on my medical bills. My question is , can attorneys lie to a jury?

Re: Attorney conduct

Attorney's don't lie to juries, because they do not take an oath and testify. He at best mislead the jury, but it is the court's job to make sure the jury is properly instructed.

Sounds like you may be upset with the wrong person.

Good luck.
