My chances of getting full custody.

My husband put me out of the house a year in a half ago. I was not happy with him and his girlfriends. Well, I ahve just gotten back on my feet and am ready to finally get my girls. He does drugs and I had him arrested 2 years ago. I want my girls back form him and he is making it so hard. What steps do I need to take...
