Re: Paternity am I responsible years later ?

i do not know of any time limitation on a court's requirement of a paternity test in alabama. the amount of support due if paternity is established may be in question. if a court has ordered the test and you feel that you have a good reason to refuse, then you need to consult an attorney asap since refusal may give the court the authority to determine paternity against you without the test.
