having a person committed to rehab

Is is possible to have a person put in rehab against their will, and, if so, how do you go about it?

It can be done, but they have to be considered a danger to themselves or someone else.

You will have to go to a hearing in front of the probate judge in your county, who will make the final decision.

It is not easy to do, for good reason.
