What are the consequences of violating a stipulation in a divorce decree such as having a member of the opposite sex spend the night in the home of a minor child without a valid marriage license?

Means you have violated an agreement and the Judge may use it to change future visitation or custody.

Possible consequences could be the judge finding the party to be in contempt of court and sanctioning the party, and/or modifying the divorce decree by changing custody or visitation.
