Legal Question in Employment Law in Alabama

Vacation

I worked for a company as a salary manager for over a year and upon my termination the employer refused to give me pay for the vacation time I had earned . It was told to me that after one year of employment I would recieve on weeks vacation . When I asked about it I was told vacation was optional and he did not owe me any time or pay . I was terminated after I found money was missing . I was told by an hourly employee that witnessed another manager stealing the money which when he was aproached about the incedent he returned the money .
