Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

In a bank I am heir to a trust fund. It was given to my brother to hold and watch the bank. I took authority and gave it to his daughter to control. I didn't have extra money at the time to pay for an attorney. I want the money myself and the bank says I need to get an attorney to get information without the original papers in my hands. How much will this cost me?

I am afraid that no lawyer could give you a specific quote on the legal fees as he or she would need to know a good bit more first. Most however would gladly meet you for an hour consultation that shouldn't cost you more than $250 or so, to discuss the specifics of your case. Once they have collected more information, I am sure they could give you a more specific quote of fees.
