Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
My father passed away recently & I'm his only child by his first wife. He remarried & had no more children. He lived in Alabama. Am I intitled to any of his estate? Thank You

Without a will you would be entitled to one half of his estate. His current widow would be entitled to the other half.
