Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

My father Last Will is not being follow by his request.

My father died two years ago.He named his six childrens and one granddaughter in his will.He named one of my brother as the adminster.When my brother probate the will he stated to the probate court that my father has two more children and they was added on at that point i appeal that action and two week ago the judge made a ruler that those two other people are also entire to the same.There is no burder of proof that these50 years old adults are my father children can the judge do this? I told my attorney that i want to appeal this action also. He say that it will be very expense again. What should I do.What can I do .In alabama their is very few rights.My father is entire to asbestot money and the judge rule that they get just what we are supose to get. I have 45 day to file an appeal and to come up with 4000.00 to give to my att. Please help my brothers and sister needs your advise very badley.

Probate appeals can be expensive, but if there's enough money involved, it can be worth it. You will have to talk with an Alabama lawyer, though. I have no idea what the law is there.
