Hello,

i'm a foreign man in alaska with ID card and SSN

From 2 months i have good relationship with amerikan garl,who is resident of USA, and even we are thinking for marrige.My question is:

Haw long it's gonna take to me to take my work permit,green card and chanse to go back to my country - Bulgaria for a few time to see my parents

The work permit in a marriage based case normally takes 60 to 90 days after filing. You can also get an advanced parole to travel assuming that you are eligible.

As already answered, you may receive employment authorization in approximately two to three months after filing, and travel authorization in approximately the same amount of time (if you are able to receive it - some people must wait to travel until the green card is approved).
