Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alaska

I was told an Attorney doesn't have to send sworn answers from the Interogatorys and Admission statements the plaintiff completed to the opposing Counsel before the requested 30 day deadline. They can wait until a pretrial conference , True or false?

Who told you this? Unless there is specific provision in a pretrial order, the normal discovery rules apply, and thus what you were told would be false.
