Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona

my bussines is in chapter7 bankrupsy. i have half of my ex husbands stocks from 2005. he had a partner from 1994 to2004.the expartner is trying to stop the bankrupsy and keeping a lawsuit going on me also . iam not sure what he has been tryin to drag me into the lawsuit for. do i have any rights in this matter.

I need more info to give accurate information. For example, how did you get your ex-husband's stock? Were you married at the time? Also what kind of lawsuit has the ex-partner filed and what is your position in the lawsuit? Yes, you have some rights, but I can't explain them without knowing a lot more about the situation.
