Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona

I bought a business (a hotel) in March 2015 . The old owner still is maintaining the old business name and has the website and old email address still active which is directly conflicting with my paid advertising and she is communicating with my customers. Can I make her take it down and stop communication as if she still owns the business ?

Dear Owner: Absolutely! This former owner is interfering with your rights and business interrests. In the law it's called: "Tortious interference with advantageosueconomic relstions"! Also Breacvh of Contract, among several other counts.

Conslt and rwetain an attorney to take apprpriate action - sue for loss of business, each day, etc. and also seek a restraining order agsonst this rasacal. (I don't want to use another name for this despicable indvidual.)

Good luck. Sincerely,
