Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
copyright
I am an architect and I need answer on copyright protection of idea and conceptual design for development...this is what is happening. I provide idea for a development, commercial, residential, mixed use, either one to developer at no charge, hopping that weill use my firm for complete architectural services, and after that developer gets my drawings and he hires other architect for the work, based on my idea and concept.
Question: Is this case legitimate for for copyright registration and for law suite??
