Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

Collection

I gained custody of my now 16 year old daughter nine years ago in TX. I live in CA. and mom lives in AZ. She is several thousand dollars behind in child support and has not paid a dime of the $17,500 in attorney's fees that were awarded to me (now worth about 40K). I am currently collectin, but that won't last as she is pretty much a deadbeat. Is there a way to collect this or is there a statute of limitations on this kind of thing? Thanks.

Don

Re: Collection

Yes, there are many legal remedies at your disposal here, including but not limited to bank account levies, wage assignments, forced sales of assets, etc...Your best option would be to retain legal counsel asap to aggressively handle this with/for you.
