Domestic Violence

My boyfreind and i were having sex and it was kind of loud and my mexican neighbors that hated us called the police and said that we were fighting and they dont even speak english but told them what we were yelling and the cops kicked our door down and arrested us and we both lost in court and got probation and classes i still 3 years later have classes and warrants on my record for something i didnt do it was even my first charge on my record ever can i do anything

Although I'm not sure that everything you've listed is relevant, there is a procedure for what you are looking to do, depending upon whether or not your case was a felony or a misdemeanor.
