Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

mom incarcerated

hello my mom was put in jail for somthing she didnt do and there was evidence to prove it but it either wasnt put in in time or ''it was lost'' the charges are burglery and child abuse on 2 counts on the burglary she is facing 10-17 yrs and on child abuse 3-6yrs on each charge

the person who says he was burglerized is the father of my littlest brother who has been trying to gain full custody of him for five years he is also verry wealthy and knows everyone with power.

my moms arested for burglary turns out the roomate turns over stolen property and says my mom gave it to him (wich if im not mistaking is hearsay) and during this time our well went dry and it took us a couple of months to get a watertank so we could haul our water (but during this time we hauled in lotts of water to maintain bathrooms and to take showers we had arangements at friends houses in the police reports they said there was footprints on the door that was kicked in but the print came up ''missing'' (that there would prove she didnt do it) my moms lawyer is well selling her down the river i have more details if you would like but i would be gratefull for some advice or somthing thank you
