Posession and Paraphanlia
I was stopped in Yuma, Az at the border of Az and Ca. They found 1-2 grams max of Pot and a pipe along with it. It was not my car and I did not go to jail, but was arrested at the scene. It is my first offense and was wondering what the consequences could be.

I have handled many many similar cases at the border. Because of sheer volume and because laboratory confirmation of the substance will be needed, you won't be charged for several months. However, you will be charged. I insure that my client's are not charged via arrest warrant and instead via a summons. This is very very important.
