Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

I was questioned by ATF special agents and agreed to speak with them thinking it was confidential. Apparently one of the agents was wearing a wire. Now 7 months later I'm facing a class 6 felony for transferring a firearm to a prohibited possessor. Never at any time did either agent say they were recording. How can this be legal? To my knowledge it isn't. Wouldn't they have to have a warrant to do so before hand (GLASS warrant)? Or what could make this legal?

Arizona generally requires only one party to consent to the surreptitious recording of a conversation. Because of the overall nature of the situation, you may have various defenses that can be raised. I have substantial experience in dealing with covertly recorded statements, particularly by federal agents. If you are looking to hire an attorney, call me at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven.
