Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
My son is getting out of prison in Arizona in May 2016, having served 15 yrs flat time for a sex offense. I am moving to New Mexico in April. Can he transfer immediately to New Mexico ?

Depends on whether he was placed on probation upon release from prison. Check with the clerk of the court closed files to see what the disposition order says.
