Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
In the state of Arizona if I had a class 6 undisignated felony dropped down to a misdemeanor is it safe to say I do not have a felony conviction when looking for a apartment.

That would be a correct statement but you should confirm with the court that it has been designated a misdemeanor.
