Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Arizona

wrongful harasment charge and my rights

I have been charged with s. harassment. I have been put on administrative leave pending an investigation. I have not been told what the charge is and have been told nothing else. I have been working in a hostile working envirnment and was about to seek help when this charge was put to me. do they have to tell me what it is and what do i do

Generally, your employer does not have to disclose any details about an investigation. If, however, you are a "ocvered" government employee or a union member, you may have certain rights to know the details and findings of an investigation. For private sector employees who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement, there is no right to any such information.
