Dui
I received a dui in may of 2001. It goes off my driving record in may of 2008. Is there a way to have it legally removed before then. It is preventing me from getting a job that I am really interested in. They will not hire anyone with a dui on there driving record. Thanks for your help!

Have your attorney file a "Motion to Set Aside the Conviction." In support of your motion you will tell the court that you have rehabilitated your life and this conviction is hindering your career opportunities.
