impound
Can ADOT keep my vehicle impounded for 30 days when it's my only transportation to and from work. I have to drive 80 miles round trip to work each day. I will loose my job without this vehicle.

Yes, they can impound it for 30 days even if your eternal soul depended on it if (A) you were charged with Extreme DUI or (B) you have any DUI arrest with a conviction in the last 5 years. BUT, if your vehicle is titled / registered to you and ANY other person, you can get it back right away by requesting a hearing with the arresting police agency.
