Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
In Arizona, What is the statute of limitations to challange a decree of disolution spousal maintenence and child support order? I have waited over 3 years to do this. Has my opportunity passed? I was not presant at the divorce court date. I was stupid, and ignored it.

Although it is probably much too late to challenge the orders that are presently in effect, you may have grounds to modify those orders if there has been a change in circumstances since the orders were entered. I recommend you speak with an attorney as soon as possible to determine whether a modification may be appropriate.
You can always move to modify child support(and maintenance if it is modifiable-look to your decree language to see if it is) as long as there is a substantial and continuing change(15% or greater change in the numbers). The order remains in effect until it's modified so you should act on it as soon as you can. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
