Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband petitioned for divorce. We are over 180 days and no service was attempted until today when I was not at home. Is the conciliation period part of the 120 days to serve the respondent? Under the superior court no there is another 8-digit number written by hand that starts with a capital X. What does that number mean?
