Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

parenting time and custody

how can you make someone obey a parenting time order? - police wont do anything because its vague. it says Father should have reasonable parenting time, the mother should decide if it needs to be supervised or not. - the mother will not let the father see the kids and wont let him speak to them except to have the older child request money.

Re: parenting time and custody

You need to file a Motion for Temporary Orders immediately and request a hearing asap. If you do it wrong, you may get a hearing in August. Do it right and get a hearing in 14 days or even get your orders immediately and a hearing to follow up shortly thereafter.

If you have questions or would like to meet to discuss your case, please contact my office. We offer payment plans with as little as $500 retainers.
