Paying child support when you loose your job?
My current situationis that I will be out of a job in about three months. If I cannot find a new job within that period, I will be without an income. I am not dilenquent in any of my child support or spousal maintenance, but if I have no income comeing in, I cannot pay out. How do I deal with this legally so the courts understand that I am not trying to get out of my obligation?

You need to ask the court to suspend or greatly reduce child support.

You need to get in front of a judge...quickly. Child support cannot be modified retroactively so, if you file and serve your ex today, your modification will be effective on 3/1/2009.
Maricopa County Superior Court has excellent resources online. If you go to their website, you should be able to find the forms/pleadings necessary to file for a modification of child support/spousal maintenance there.
