Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have sole legal custody and physical custody of my daughter. Her father has no visitation at all & lives in another state. If I die, will my daughter have to go live with her father?

If you die, he would be the person the court would look to first. If no one else stepped up and indicated that they wanted to be her guardians, then he would be given the option. If someone else did request guardianship, he could contest it and may win, but it doesn't look likely from the circumstances you detailed in your question.
